This is the 86th world-famous FOTM Caption Contest!
In the spirit of America’s long-standing tradition of mocking, deriding, and making fun of politicians (and thank God we can still do that in 2014!), here’s the pic:
The photo above was taken on October 19 when Obama spoke at a campaign rally in Chicago for the reelection of Gov. Pat Quinn (D-Illinois). 16 days later on November 4, 2014, Quinn was defeated by Bruce Rauner in his bid for a second term. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.
