Namescon/RightoftheDot Auction is One Week From Today: Here Are Some Of The Most Interesting Domains

Posted on the 16 January 2017 by Worldwide @thedomains

The live RightoftheDot domain name auction at Namescon will take place one week from today on January 23rd starting at 3pm PST.

I would urge everyone in the domain industry or looking to get in to attend.  I will be at the conference as well.

As for the auction, Remote bidding will be available on Namejet.com.

Unlike in years past you will be able to bid right from your NameJet account rather than going through a separate third party account.

Although I’m no longer involved with RightoftheDot or the auction I thought I would point out some of the more interesting domain names in the auction.

While there are over 400 domain names in the auction, not all of them will make the live auction, the rest will go into an online NameJet auction, so I thought I would concentrate on the domains with the highest bids as they are the most likely to make the live auction, but its obviously its not my call.

Also for the record I have no domain names in the auction, but may bid on some domains.

Certain the stars of the auction are the two, 2 letter .Com domains.

OL.com currently has a high bid of $800,000; reserve has not been hit but appears to be getting close as the stated reserve is between $750K-$1M

SW.com currently has a high bid of $506,000 and the stated reserve is between $750K-$1M.

The three letter .com; YEA.com was added just to the auction last week has a high bid of $35,888; it has not been hit but appears to be getting close and has a stated reserve of $25,000-$50,000.

Other three letter .Com’s are Doe.com; Let.com, DPT.com and CYI.com
