My Dessert -a cake with cinnamon flavor
Pamper yourself with my delicious dessert. While the cake itself is soft and melting in the mouth, the frosting scent of cinnamon is slightly crunchy and sweet. The combination is unusual, but the cake is a great addition to your morning or afternoon coffee.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour 
1 1/2 tsp soda 
6 tablespoons sugar 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/3 cup oil  
1/2 cup milk 
1 egg 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
2 tablespoons butter, melted 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
2 tablespoons flour 
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Grease the baking dish and sprinkle with flour. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, sugar, salt and oil. In another bowl, beat the egg, then stir with the milk and vanilla. Add the mixture of the egg and milk to the mixture of the flour and mix gently until it becomes homogeneous. Pour it into the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, two tablespoons of flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the cake. Bake for 15-20 minutes or check with a toothpick if it is well baked.
