These are some pharmacy products that I have come to find essential..
MUST HAVE PHARMACY PRODUCTS
  • RANBAXY SUNCROSS 50 AQUALOTION - This is one of the best sunscreens I have used. It has the Boots Star Rating of five stars***** hence awarding it the tag of one of the best broad spectrum (protcts against UVA & UVB rays) sunscreens. This sunscreen contains Octinoxate, Avobenzon, Oxybenzone, Octocrylene & Zinc Oxide Lotion. The Octocrylene present in this sunscreen prevents the skin from DNA damage caused by sun.

  • EMOLENE CREAM FOR DRY SKIN - This is the best medicate moisturizer I have come across. It has dramatically and effectively solved my recurring acne+dry skin. Acne treatment can cause dryness of skin. This cream not only fights the eczema, it also retards the acne recurrence. Emolene contains Lecithin, Propylene glycol and Diazolidinyl Urea etc., This is the correct medication of dry skin with hyper-pigmentation. Emolene contains lecithin, a phospholipid water-binding agent found naturally in the skin. The formulation s non-greasy and penetrates quickly in the skin. Emolene is hypoallergenic and does not block pores.

  • DERIVA MS - For preventing recurrence of acne. I apply it everyday on top of emolene to acne prone areas of my skin. It has adapelene. Apart from preventing acne, it also helps keep redness and red bumps on skin away. This 15g tube costs INR 170 and works better that any high end treatment cream (namely effaclar duo by La Roche Posay)

  • KOJIGLO GEL  - I have hyper-pigmentation, and this is the most amazing solution. It contains Kojic acid +Dipalmitate+Octinoxate+Allantoin+Arbutin+Pine Bark Extract. Kojic Acid is known for its lightening properties, but alone its not stable. Kojic dipalmitate is more efficacious than kojic acid in inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase present in human skin so as to inhibit the melanin formation and produce excellent effects in whitening skin and in anti-sun-tan. Arbutin is a glycoside; a glycosylated hydroquinone extracted from the bearberry plant in the genus Arctostaphylos. It inhibits tyrosinase and thus prevents the formation of melanin. Arbutin is therefore used as a skin-lightening agent. Arbutin is found in wheat, and is concentrated in pear. Allantoin increases the smoothness of the skin; promoting cell proliferation and wound healing; and a soothing, anti-irritant, and skin protectant effect by forming complexes with irritant and sensitizing agents. Pine bark extract is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants are compounds that block the action of free radicals, activated oxygen molecules that can damage cells.

  • MOMATE F  - It contains Mometasone Furoate +Fusidic Acid which belongs to the class of Respiratory System. Mometasone furoate (also referred to as mometasone) is a glucocorticoid steroid used topically to reduce inflammation of the skin. This cream comes handy in combating sudden rashes and inflammations.

DISCLAIMER -   All the creams mentioned above are sold over-the-counter. Hence they do not need prescription to be bought. Still, knowing that everyone's skin is unique and may react positively, neutrally OR negatively to a product.
As far as I know the safe products mentioned above are Emolene and Suncross Lotion.
I myself bought these creams without prescription and have been using them for past 3-4 months, while reaping great results.
