The time for consumer hangover starts the day after Christmas, when you see the festive red cups are empty and colorful wrapping paper is littered all over the living room floor. And yet, it's hard to ignore that post-Christmas sales are the best sales, rivaled only by Black Friday. Tonight, one of the best seasonal sales just started: Mr. Porter's . At the moment, you can find select items discounted by as much as 50% off.
Mr. Porter doesn't have their official sale section up yet, but you can see that some items have already been discounted when you browse various brand pages. They'll discount more stock throughout tonight, and you'll see the full sale section up by tomorrow morning. Over the next few weeks, they'll also add previous seasons' items and restock sizes as people return things. It's worth checking back every once in a while.
Once the official sale section is up, I recommend browsing by product category and then filtering for sizes. This way, you increase your chance of serendipitously coming across something good. Mr. Porter also has a page listing all of their brands . For specific suggestions, check back here over the next few hours. I'll be browsing the sale and listing things I think are noteworthy.
