More Sprouted Bread! Healthy Living

Posted on the 15 October 2021 by Latoya @latoyallawrence

I am so glad I can eat bread again as regularly as I want to.

I adhere to a strict healthy regimen by my own authority.

I am careful of what I put into my body.

After over thirty-years of sticking to a vegan/vegetarian diet I continue to thrive and survive on highly nutritious meals.

Even my occasional snacks have to contain a substantial amount of healthy ingredients as I am particular.

Yesterday, after work, I purchased me another loaf of bread.

I bought the same brand, of course, Silver Hills. I wasn’t able to grab hold of the exact item as before since the Heritage Grain “Big Red’s Bread” Sprouted Wheat was sold out.

I picked up the Sprouted Power “Squirrelly” Sprouted Wheat Bread instead.

I just tasted toasted slices of the product today, and they are equally as delicious as the other selection if not better. This version does not even have any added sugar at all!

The ingredients are:

Organic sprouted whole wheat, raisin nectar (raisins, water), vital wheat gluten, organic sesame seeds, organic sunflower seeds, cultured wheat flour (wheat flour, bacterial culture), yeast, water, sea salt.

I am not a one to two slice of toast lady. I am more of a four to eight slice eater.

I can demolish some bread.

I do not eat bread every day, and my daily habits consist of eating only fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans. I eat seeds and nuts here and there too.

So, I can get away with the bread.

I don’t eat three times a day as a rule. I eat whenever I get hungry. Sometimes that may just be once or twice a day depending on how I feel.
