More PS4 firmware 2.50 leaks: data backup, accessibility options, and more
Firmware 2.50 for PlayStation 4 is currently in beta testing and more of its features have been leaked online.
We learned a few days ago that PlayStation 4 firmware 2.50 will bring the long-awaited Suspend/Resume feature to the console and it looks like this won’t be the only new feature implemented.
User @isaparrot on Twitter has leaked an image showing the ability to back up game files on an external hard drive. This is what it looks like: More PS4 firmware 2.50 leaks: data backup, accessibility options, and more
“Suspend/Resume while watching Netflix. The PS4 will pick up where your watching and not just reboot the entire app. It’s really in memory,” the same person explained.
In addition, new accessibility options like text-to-speech, larger or bold text, zooming and contrast options, are also included.
