Monster Island was released on DVD to purchase in UK stores two days ago (October 16th) by Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment.
Monster Island tells the story of lonely kid at school called Lucas. Lucas is getting bullied and his overprotective dad won't let him go anywhere without his inhaler.The reason is for that is because if Lucas gets too excited; it could bring on, not an an awful metamorphosis. The boy's genetic secret is that he is a monster, as I'd his dad. This then means that Lucas will have to journey to his mythic homeland, Monster Island, to confront his destiny.
It's well worth a watch, my children loved it.
