Monday Mood- Happy Friendsgiving

When I came to US, my only friends were my husband's friends and their wives and then when my daughter was born, her friend's moms were my friends. It was like a small family of friends and I really have sweet memories that I will cherish forever. I had never thought I would have my own network of friends, until I started blogging.
In my three years of blogging I have come across some fabulous ladies, who not only exhibit extreme sartorial excellence but also have the humblest of hearts. One such bunch comprises my girlfriends : Marisol and Patty. We met at a beauty event earlier this year and our friendship blossomed over these months. This week was the most-suited time to thank each other for the sweet friendship and bond we share, and we totally did it our way. We styled three different looks and had a blast in the process:

• Denim Casual which you could see at Marisol's blog and Instagram 
• All black at my blog and Instagram 
• Evening glam that can be seen at Patty's blog and Instagram.

For the all black look I chose to wear this velvet romper, which BTW is a huge fabric this year, with my new long line boyfriend jacket from Zara. Velvet has made a come back and with so many silhouettes across the board, my eyes got stuck on these romper. Keeping the cooler weather into consideration, I had to cover my legs a bit and nothing could have done it better than a pair of over-the-knee-high-boots.  Overall, I am looking all the three looks.....what say ???
