Moments of Inspiration: The Leadership Manifesto with Ayo FadumiyeI want to share with you 5 Principles of Leadership, which I have called, The Leadership Manifesto.
These principles are the manifestations of leadership anywhere in the world.
Where you find them in operation, you will find leadership in manifestation.
The Principles are:
1.  You Shall Have A CLEAR Vision:
Leadership is impotent without a clear vision. Vision is the ability to see ahead though creative imagination of a better future or outcome.Effective Leadership provide crystal-clear vision.Where is no VISION, there can't be manifestation of Leadership.
Great Leaders are strong Visionaries.Leadership is defined as "translating Vision into Reality"A man of VISION will inevitably take the LEAD in any circumstances. A man without a CLEAR vision in a position of leadership is a DISASTER about to take place!! The function of Leadership is to find, recognize and secure the future, but not without a CLEAR, PRECISE and EXACT Vision. The clearer your VISION, the more definite and effective your Leadership. Dynamic Leaders possess Specific Visions. The seed of development and civilization in any society, community, or nation is VISION. Businesses thrive, not because of resources or provision, but a PLAIN and CONSISTENT Vision.Let Your Vision be clear, precise and obvious. Avoid vagueness!!
2. You must discover PURPOSEExceptional Leadership is a product of Purpose Discovery. Purpose Discovery is finding the "REAL YOU" in you!! When you find purpose, you will attract opportunity to lead.
Purpose is the common denominator in the lives of great leaders in history. Nothing distinguishes exceptional leaders like a sense of purpose. A man of purpose will attract others to himself who will help him fulfill it. Without a defined purpose, energy is diffused, power is dissipated and resources are wasted. More men fail through lack of purpose, than lack of talent.
The purpose of leadership is more important than position of leadership.Just like birds can't swim, fish can't fly; so also you can't lead outside your arena of purpose. Purpose is the nucleus of your existence.
3. You must embrace PASSION: No leader made great impact or achieve greatly without PASSION. When you focus on doing what you are passionate about, leadership is expressed. PASSION is the joy you get from doing something you care about and feel inspired to do. PASSION is the energy of inspiration living through you.

When you express PASSION, you express leadership. The secret to abundance is to embrace your PASSION. Richard Brandon said, "I never went into business to make money; but I have found that, if I have fun, the money will come" It is better to pursue your PASSION than to clamor for positions. You can only lead effectively in your area of passion. Passion is the space for exceptional leadership. Those who embrace and maximize their passion early in life will never queue for pension.Successful Business Leaders create their enterprise around their passion. Either You Do what You Love OR You Love What You Do. Don't try to force passion on yourself. Leaders don't choose their passion; their passion chooses them. You may succeed in what you are interested in; but you become great in what you are passionate about.Leaders are Dealers of PASSION.4. You must DEVELOP daily: Personal development is the hallmark of effective leadership. To lead others, you must first lead yourself. Self-development is an ongoing payment of leadership. Leadership develops daily, not in a day. Abraham Lincoln said, "I don't think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday" The quality of your development determines the quality of your leadership. Don't just be good at what you do; be great at what you are good at. Great leaders are always hungry to get better than their previous best. Personal development begins with mental enrichment. Your capacity to think impacts greatly on your capacity to lead. Our outer life will always be compelled to catch up with the development of out inner life. You can't make progress outside when you are stagnant inside. Nothing transforms your thinking like consistent reading (of inspirational books).Great leaders are committed learners who are also diligent readers. Even if you are a school drop-out, refuse to be a brain drop-out!! Not every reader end up as leaders; but there is no leader who is not a committed reader.5. You must SEE behind Each CHALLENGEProblems are opportunities in disguise. Undress them to see the solution. Problems are opportunities with thorns on them. Challenges are the food of Champions.Great Leaders see challenges as platforms for Notable Changes. An Exceptional Leader sees problems as products, services or solutions.Your best is expressed during challenges.Challenges are opportunities for leadership.Mediocre dodge problems while effective leaders embrace challenges.Without the resistance of water, the ship can't move; without the resistance of the wind, an airplane can't fly.Resistance is required for the accomplishment of greatness.Perspective is the key to turning your problems into provisions.Great leaders are not discovered during challenges; instead they are revealed! You must GO THROUGH (challenges) to GET TO ( your desired destiny)Welcome, Celebrate and Maximize every challenge as a leader.

The time to take inspired ACTION is Now!
ACT Now on that information...PRACTICE.
DO SOMETHING... Don't just SAY something...or THINK something.
PRACTICE! PRACTICE!! PRACTICE!!!
