ModelCo Lip and Lash Duo

By Balmainbeauty @BalmainBeauty
I don't know about you but I like to try thing's with a dual purpose, be it a cheek stain that can also be a lipstick or eyeshadow, or a blush that'd look pretty as an eyeshadow, or an eyeshadow that'd be pretty on my cheek's or a pop of color on my lip's.
ModelCo is an Australian beauty company. I've tried a few of their product's before and one of their jcollaboration limited edition candle's for Breast Cancer 2013 with Ecoya so when I saw this Lip and Lash Duo in New World it was complimentary with the March, 2014 issue of NEXT Magazine in a choice of two colour's, an apricot/peach or hot pink. I have a lot of pink makeup so I went with peach.
ModelCo Lip and Lash DuoThe ModelCo Gloss and Mascara has a gloss end and a mascara end and clearly the peach shade is the lipgloss and the black is the mascara. The gloss smells fruity, it's got shimmer in it but the gloss is nice, it's not too sticky and or heavy on my lip's and the mascara is black and it's a real wand not a plastic one. I think this product is very handy for your makeup bag's. I've worn the gloss a few times and I like the colour, it's an everyday work appropriate colour, or for a touch of color on your lip's.

I've tried ModelCo lipglosses before and the last one I had was quite similar formula but I've not tried their mascara so I'm really looking forward to seeing what the formula is like on my lashes. I'll report back once I've had time to use it for a few week's.

NEXT Magazine cost's NZ$9.20 and you can buy it from New World, Countdown, Paper Plus and Whitcoulls. The lip and lash duo cost's A$42 but was on-sale for $24 (sold out). If you can find one I definitely think it's worth picking one up.ModelCo Lip and Lash Duo
