Meet My Mansur Gavriel

By Winyeemichelle
Did you know it’s been more than a year since I added to my handbag portfolio? I absentmindedly went to peek at the authentication card in my Chloe Drew the other week and the last time I made a luxury purchase was on the 10th October 2015. Pat on the back, Mish.
For my birthday this year, my ever-amazing boyfriend gifted me this beyond dreamy Mansur Gavriel Mini Mini Bucket Bag. It is truly the bag of my dreams. I remember coveting this little number in the classic size and black-with-red colourway around 5 years ago and constantly cursing that it was constantly out of stock. Remember those months-long wait lists?! My hankering for the infamous bag resurfaced right after Christmas and basically, I’ve had it pinned in my Chrome tabs ever since.
I eventually decided on the camel colour, which leans on the peachy tan color spectrum and comes unlined with a vibrant cobalt blue dyed interior. It epitomises a lighter mood, footloose and fancy spring days and is the perfect addition to my modest bag collection. The bag features the iconic drawstring bow front and an adjustable peg-in-hole shoulder strap, no protective feet (sadly) and no clasp. I bloody adore it.
