Packaging: It is a yellow tube and has shiny purple inscriptions on it. The bright yellow color is really attractive and looks really pretty sitting on my vanity table.
Product: The mascara has a light formula and the wand is pretty interesting. The bristles of the wand are more and denser than any other mascara. The fragrance of the mascara slightly bothers me as I find it very strong. It has a jet black color.
My Experience: Mascara is that one thing I would not live the house without. Like if I’m told to travel to a lonely island and am allowed to take only one makeup item and live with it throughout my life I would pick up mascara. To be more specific I would pick up Maybelline The Colossal Volum’ Express Mascara. I swear by this mascara. At this price, I could not find better mascara. It gives colossal volume in just one coat separating and lengthening the lashes at the same time. It does not form clumps. It comes in two variants- regular and waterproof. I have the regular one. It stays on for a decent time and does not bleed. It gives a natural voluminious look within the first coat and becomes more dramatic if you apply a second layer. I apply just a layer of this mascara before leaving or before going to college and I’m good to go. It is very lightweight but jet black and gives an opaque finish. I tend to reach for this mascara more than other mascaras I have. The only thing I do not like about this mascara is its fragrance which I said before slightly bothers me. Otherwise, this is one of the best mascaras available in the market.
