I fell in love with this baby the moment I swatched it on my hand. So creamy, so pigmented. I immediately picked it up 4-5 pieces...to which my friend responded with a dead-pan delivery "are you nuts?" I paused..."hmmm...that's too much right?" to which she said.."no babes...that's like 5 much!!". I sheepishly put them back and decided to pick any 2....only 2 ...
So I had to stand at the Maybelline counter for another 10 minutes to select my favorite 2 shades, after which, I changed my mind and exchanged them with my third and fourth favorite shades...purely because I did not want to go home with another coral/fuchsia/red shade.
The Packaging :
The Lip Polish comes in a cuboid bullet. It is almost half the size of the Colorsensational Lip Gloss. Packaging is sturdy, cute and very travel friendly.
Also, unlike the Colorsensational glosses, this one does not become nameless and brand-less once the wrapping is removed.
The Applicator :
The applicator is shaped like a leaf, and is slanted at an angle. This makes application super easy, quick and non-messy.
The Texture, Consistency and Formula :
The texture is smooth and glossy. It is like a thick, viscous gel. It spreads on lips like butter and instantly drenches them with moisture. The color output is amazing, this stuff is superbly pigmented. Although I mush mention, the Orange colour in this collection (Sorry, I forgot the shade name! :P ) is the only one with weak pigmentation. Rest being massively concentrated colours. Infact, Glam 13 which is a nude shade, too leaves a nice peachy stain on my lips.
Shade Glam 6, which is a neutral plum colour, left a massive stain on my lips after a night of party. I kid you not when I say that this little bugger defeated Bioderma!!
The swatches on hands appear darker than on lips due to lighting. The color in the arm swatch is the closest to the true color.
The Good :

- Long Lasting (upto 4-5 hrs for nude shade and almost 16 hr for darker shade)

The Bad :
- Silly point...but I wish they had better names...they deserve it... :P
This is an amazing product at a very affordable price. I will for sure be buying out the whole stock of it,...well eventually...
