Hey girlies, today I am reviewing a recently rediscovered favorite mascara from the brand that makes the best budget mascaras and beats the higher end brands by a fair margin. Yes I am talking about MAYBELLINE. It is the Maybelline Colossal Mascara .

For a long time I have been loving the falsies mascara by Maybelline, but then it started drying out and I thought why not try this one again. I dont know why but at a given time I always have 4 to 5 mascaras in use. They all end up drying out real fast.
Okay this is suppose to be a review not rant. So lets begin
Priced at INR 330 its easily available online and at all the Maybelline outlets. This is the washable version, Maybelline Colossal Mascara does come in the waterproof version also.
I love the color on these, they bright happy neon yellow.

So here is my take on the mascara:
I like the applicator wand of the mascara, the shape helps in separating the lashes and the size of the applicator also helps in covering the eye lashes evenly.
What I dont like about the colossal mascara is that it picks up extra product on the tip of the applicator wand. You have to wipe it off before you apply the mascara.
I like how the COLOSSAL MASCARA evenly coats the eyelashes. The way I apply it is I take the wand and place it at the base of the eyelashes and slowly wiggle the applicator outwards. I always wait between two layers, that way I know my eye lashes will never clump together. It works great both for day time and night time, since it doesnt smudge.
You can very well wear it for office during the day time and add a second layer for a night out.
So its a double thumbs up for me on this MAYBELLINE COLOSSAL MASCARA .
