Since it's Twinsie Tuesday, we were given the task of posting a New Year inspired manicure. I decided to go with one of the Maybelline Sequins polishes that was released a few months ago. Cocktail Dress is a sheer black base with small red hex glitter and what looks like silver microglitter. It's opaque in two coats, but dries to a gritty finish. Here I applied two coats and added Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat.

This polish is so stunning!! I love the combo of black and red! I chose it because of the name, a cocktail dress is typical for celebrating the New Year. Also, this polish looks very festive. So beautiful!
