Maxi:::Slit Culottes

“A good speech should be like a woman's skirt; long enough to cover the subject and short enough to create interest.”  ― Winston ChurchillMr. Churchill must have been talking about this culotte, but then again one of my human failings is on the subject of unscripted speech giving, especially when it is expected to be a long one. You know how they say something falls short of expectation? I have on some occasions of speech giving fallen short as did this culotte, but unlike this culotte it fell short of negative expectation which is a actually a good thing as I've never really liked culottes on me because they seem rather boyish.....that was before I saw these. I instantly fell in love with the breezy fabric and length, not to mention the hidden slit. Looking at the sheerness of the fabric in these photos I realize that I shouldn't wear it to work again. When I restyle this culotte it'd be for some place other than work.
