March Favourites

By Makemeupmandy @mandywebb28
I know it's a little late for a March favourites post but I really wanted to do this one as I found quite a few surprise faves last month.
March Favourites
1. Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleasing + Makeup Remover
I do my makeup every single day without fail and I always indulge in rather heavy eye makeup (well, at least my husband calls it heavy). Make up removing is so important to me and this Neutrogena Naturals one is so impressive. Really gentle, nourishing and I really didn't know what to make of it (in a good way) - it felt so good I almost wanted to pat it on as a moisturiser :/ This is only 1 in the whole range and I plan to have a review of the range up soon. So far so good.
2. CosMedix Serum 16
I have been using this every day for the past month. This is a professional skin care range and it has really done a lot in improving my skin tone. My skin looks much softer and radiant and the appearance of my pores has improved greatly too.
3. CosMedix Pure Enzymes Exfoliating Mask
As you can tell, I have been trying to pay more attention and put in more effort with my skin care. After all, a good canvas is important for make up to go on an everyone wants to look good without make up too. I have been using this mask and I love it. Smells so beautifully of cranberry
4. Uriage AquaPRECIS Moisturizing Refreshing Cream Gel
When it comes to moisturizers, I still prefer gel textures. On my 2nd or 3rd usage of this, I already made up my mind to repurchase this in the full size when I run out. I got this in the small deluxe size (40ml). I love how gentle and hydrating it is and due to its runny gel texture, I don't need to use a lot to spread over my entire face. Definitely a new fan now and can't wait to try other Uriage products.
5. Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette
I won this from Tara's blog giveaway. You can imagine my utter surprise and excitement; I sent a text to my husband who was on night shift at midnight just to tell him I won it. Of course, he didn't know what it was really but he did go "Naked?! What naked!?" Anyway, I love my Naked 1 so much that now I feel like I have to get Naked 2 to complete my collection since I have Naked Basics too. I'm unsure if I should have swatches up as the internet is rife with reviews/swatches of the Naked range. My favourites are Foxy, Faint and definitely Crave (I always love my black shadows).
6. NARS Outremer Eye Shadow
I have been eyeing this for ages since I saw it on Jenny's blog. I love NARS and I love my bright eyeshadows so Outremer is eyeshadow perfection for me! I love this electric blue shade and for some reason, it looks so different on my lids with and without primer. Without primer, it looks like a mellow sultry navy blue. With primer, it applies more true to pan and looks electric blue yee-hah! Love it.
7. NARS Bougainville Lip Gloss
This is my first pomegranate-hued lip colour. I have been experimenting with darker, more varied lip colours and this is just what I wanted - a little something different from the standard corals I have in my collection. I can see more NARS to come!
What do you think? Does any of these faves interest you?
*Please note: The first 3 skin care products were sent to me by PR, Naked Basics was won in a blog giveaway while the rest of the products mentioned were purchased by me.
