I’ve been racking my brain to come up with a clever word or sentence to describe just how amazing these cookies are and so far no words seem worthy enough. These cookies are, hands down, one of my all-time favorites. The combination of sugar cookie dough…white chocolate…maple…and toasted, crunchy walnuts is pure cookie bliss. Trust me when I say it will be love at first bite.
If you want to impress someone with your baking skills, give ‘em a batch of these cookies. Need an impressive dessert for dinner guests? Whip up some butter cream frosting and use these cookies to make “cookie sandwiches.” Drizzle a plate with caramel…place sandwich cookie in the center of the plate and voila! Delish!

1 tablespoon maple flavor
1 egg

1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, maple flavor and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in baking chips and walnuts.
Using small cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 13 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to wire rack. Cool completely. Store covered at room temperature.
