I feel like this needs to become a weekly segment or something. Manny just doing something you don’t see everyday or acting like he’s 18 again playing ball with no worries or responsibilities. I’d love to see this guy back in the states DH’ing for someone but that’s not going to happen.
Any time you slide 10 feet short of 2nd base but still manage to “break up” the double play, that’s got to count for something. That little smirk Manny gives his teammates as he’s heading back to the dugout is all you need to know.
