Mango Papaya Salsa


    Mango Papaya Salsa Recipe
    Prep time: 5 min            Total Time: 35 min          Serves: 3

    Main Ingredients: mango, papaya, onion, tomato, and lime juice
    Recipe Type: salsa
    Cuisine: Fusion
    Level of cooking: easy

    Ingredient:

    • 1 cup mango peeled and chopped
    • 1 cup papaya peeled and chopped
    • 1/2 cup sweet onion peeled and finely chopped
    • 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint or cilantro
    • 1-2 medium size jalapeno seeds removed and finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup Tomato chopped (optional)
    • 2-3 tablespoons lime juice
    • Salt to taste
    • sugar to taste
    • red pepper powder/flakes to taste(optional)

    Method:

    1. Place the chopped mango, papaya, onion, jalapeno, and tomato in a large bowl.
    2. In an another bowl mix, other ingredients lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and sugar.
    3. Whisk and then pour over the chopped fruit bowl.
    4. Mix gently to coat then cover it and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors before serving.
