Making a Statement with a Head Wrap

By Saumya Shiohare @myriadmusings1

It's finally feeling like winter in DC...............and this look- an outcome of my sartorial proactiveness,  eventually made it's way to the blog. I had shot this outfit a while ago, but the warmer temps posed a barrier in the way of publishing it.
Anyways, I am glad this post finally happened. With my shorter hair length, styling it differently each time  becomes a challenge. My go-to style on any given day is usually a ponytail or when my hair is extra unruly- a bun replaces the ponytail. As a fashion enthusiast, I am constantly on the look out for fresher ways of updating my current style, and a head wrap stole the spotlight this time. It instantly takes up your hair-do to the next level and also keeps you warm on those chilly days.  It's like feeling a million bucks with a penny effort.
With so many options to choose from, there is something for everyone. For all newb's like me, a simple black or any solid color would be a safe pick. For the pro's options are unlimited. I think a head wrap is the chicest and pocket-friendliest option of making a style statement.
What do you think of the head wraps???
