I picked up this ice cube tray to make chocolate Han Solo toppers for a friend's Purim treat. Since I had leftover caramel, I figured I give chocolate-covered caramels a try.

I filled the mold maybe half way, tapped out the air bubbles and let the chocolate set a bit before placing the caramels in the molds. Then I covered them in chocolate and tapped out and remaining bubbles and waited. They turned out better than expected. Click here for chocolate melting tips.
