Make It Vancouver!

By Broochboyfriends @broochboyfriend

Phew! I’ve reached the end of my first real holiday rush. I’ve finally got some time to reminisce about Make It!

What a lovely show. 250 vendors, 4 days, 15 000 attendees – the largest I’ve ever experienced. It was so amazing to be a part of such a tight community of crafters, makers, and those who support us. For my first reach outside of Toronto, I couldn’t have been more welcomed. Thank you Vancouver for being so warm and supportive! And to the people who made Make It – I thank you the most. You gave me the opportunity to spread my wings and bring some damn cute boyfriends to your city! And to forge some lovely new Makie friendships (special mention to our most awesome neighbor Port Paper Co.) Oh, and not to mention getting interviewed for the Make It Happen documentary due out next year – that was a very special surprise!

Below are some photos from the show. I debuted a lot of new famous folk boyfriends, which will be available on the shop soon (once the holidays are over!)

I hope to be back again next year, Vancouver!
