I just think these to colours go really well together, i would say Wedge is a warm taupe color and i usually just wear this in my crease for a natural day look and can also be used as a transition color too. Quarry is such a stunning color but i haven't really played around with this yet, Mac described Quarry as a 'soft muted plum brown' and i would totally agree it looks like a plummy color when you first look at it but you can notice the brown undertones going through it. Such a good crease color and would be perfect for a smokey eye look. Mac eyeshadows are very pigmented and easy blendable and you really don't have to use a lot, i think i will be using these two shades a lot through the winter months and see what kind of looks i can come up with.
