MAC Tag

I was looking through one of my favorite bloggers page, Couturegirl, and as soon as I saw this I just had to do it. If you haven't seen or read Kayleigh's page, go check it out! :)

How long have you been using Mac? About a year and a half. I discovered them properly after watching Elle & Blair on YouTube and finally popped my MAC cherry. That Christmas, my boyfriend at the time got me loads! 

What was your first Mac product? I actually made my first order online. My nearest MAC is over an hour away and being impatient, I couldn't wait. It was a pretty big order: I bought the tinted lip condition in petting pink, brush cleaner, prep + prime skin, a pencil sharpener, 168 brush, 213 brush, mineralize blush in love thing and prep + prime eye.

If you think I have an amazing memory, you're wrong, I checked my "previously purchased" on MAC website haha. It's the one and only online order I've made from there.
What is your favorite MAC product? Patina eye shadow. It's perfect for a subtle color on the lid and also, when I can't be bothered to do much, I use that and it still looks lovely.

What's your least favorite Mac product? I would have to say the prep and prime eye. I used it for ages trying to just make it work, and because it was expensive, but it's rubbish really. It just creases as soon as I put it on. I don't even have oily eye lids at all. Do you own a Pro Card? Sadly I don't, but hoping I will this time next year if all works out ;) hehe

I'm NW15 in most, depends on the type of foundation though

Eyeshadow:

Lipstick: Definitely Impassioned. It's absolutely gorgeous! Lipgloss:
I own one lip gloss from the "Hey Sailor" collection but have hardly used it.

Liner: I love my "Throw me a line" from the "Hey Sailor" collection. It's so creamy and it's a lovely red with a slight orange tone to it Brush:
217.

I used to use it for concealer, but after watching the Pixiwoo girls use it for blending out eye shadow all the time I decided to give it a go, and now I love it for blending.

Nail Lacquer: Honestly, I don't own a MAC nail polish.  Pro Product: I don't own anything from the pro store but I have used a certain pigment that's only available at pro stores and I can't for the life of me remember what it is. I've tried googling and what not but I can't remember what it is, sorry. Comment on the following Mac product; Have you used them? If so, give feedback.
Prep + Prime Skin: I quite liked it, I still have some left, it didn't make a huge difference though. Studio Sculpt Foundation: This is really good for dry skin and if you want/need extra coverage. I really like this foundation.

Mineralize Satin Finish:
I hate this foundation. Thinking of it now, I think this is my least favorite MAC product. It was the first MAC foundation I bought and it was awful. The color was a terrible match and when I applied it (in numerous ways) it just rolled into lumps onto my skin, so I sold it.

Studio Fix Fluid: This foundation is best for oily skin. When I used it in at my course, It was nice but didn't look that great on me. I might try it again though. Studio Tech Foundation: I've never used this.

Studio Fix Powder: I used this on my course but not enough to give my view on it.

Beauty Powder: Never used this either.

Mineralize Skinfinish Natural: This is my all time favorite powder. It's amazing! Mine lasts so long. I'm only on my second one in a year and a half! I'll never use another power.

Bronzing Powder: I don't own a MAC bronzer, I will be buying one for my kit but I like my NARS one.

Powder Blush: Best blushers around! I love them! Blush is my most favorite make-up product, so naturally I have a tone of MAC. 

Blushcreme: Even though I have dry skin and blush creams are supposed to be the best for them, I'm not a fan. I have "Impropper Copper" but that's in my kit,

Mineralize Blush: My first one as I said was Love thing and it was lovely. You hardly needed any at all as they are so pigmented.
Cream Color Base: Again, I used this on my course but not enough to have a view on it.
Studio Sculpt Concealer: Never used this.
Select Cover Up Concealer: This concealer is incredible! It's so good on the under eye circles!
Studio Finish Concealer:
This is perfect for covering blemishes! So lovely! I love both of these concealers and always get comments on how clear my skin looks!

Tinted Lip Conditioner: Expensive at over £10 a pot but gorgeous. I only have the one in petting pink but they smell great, look great and are just...great!

Lipstick: I love the lipsticks. They are so pigmented and gorgeous!

Lipglass: Haven't really used.

Dazzleglass: Haven't really used. Cremesheen Glass: Haven't really used.

I'm not a lipgloss girl

Lip Gelee: Haven't really used.

Lip Pencil: Only own the one that I've mentioned, "Throw me a line" but it's lovely and I'll definitely be buying lots more.
Nail Lacquer: I don't own any.

Shadestick: I've heard these are good but to be honest, I'll stick to my NYX jumbo pencils. Pigment:
I love the pigments. Especially melon pigment. It can be used for so many different looks.

Eye Kohl: The eye pencils are lovely. Sometimes a little too creamy but the colours are so pretty.

Fluidline: I prefer Bobbi Brown's longwear gel eyeliner as it stays on longer, but MAC's fluidline is still good. Liquid Last Liner: Never tried this. Lustre Drops: Again, only used them on the course, but they are really good!

False Lashes: I really want to try the MAC false lashes but they are so expensive.
ProLash Mascara, Zoom Lash Mascara, Plush Lash Mascara, Dazzle Lash Mascara: I've only tried pro lash mascara and I love it. It's brilliant! Give's such amazing lashes. I hated it at first but now it's one of my favourites.

What has been your favorite Mac collection to date? I joined the MAC band wagon too late as I would have loved the Hello Kitty and Disney Villan's collections. I saw all the products but I wasn't interested enough then. I think the best collection so far for me is Winter 2011 Glitter  & Ice collection. 

Which of the MAC collections have you found disappointing? Hardly used any so none at the moment.

What products do you think Mac are missing? They have so many products....after a think I think they have covered everything.
