«Chris and I have been together since we were 16! We met through a mutual friend and started messaging on MSN, the rest is history! Just before our 10-year anniversary Chris proposed by setting up a fake job for Nadia because I’m a makeup artist, so he had a friend of a friend book me for a pretend job at a hotel by our favorite spot in London and waited for me in the room to surprise me. I have never been so shocked, and we spent the weekend soaking it all up on cloud 9», bride shared with us.
«We had a natural color palette of olive green to nudes/blushes. We had the incredible local florist, Iosif and his Maragos team who brought our vision to life with the use of wild looking dried and natural flowers. I have kept my bouquet at home as a reminder of the day. We also had a beautiful arch made for the Townhall which was stunning. The menus and table plan had the Syros sealine hand drawn on them by my maid of honor Megan, we used this drawing throughout the wedding. We also had handwritten names of places by Chris’s family friend, it was so nice to have these personal touches».
«It’s very hard to choose a favorite moment as there were many but we had to walk down the aisle twice due to a miscommunication which was quite funny and memorable. We also had a moment after the ceremony to debrief together on our own which was special».
«I went for a plain, corseted gown with button detailing down the back and pockets! I wanted something that would suit the grandeur of the Syros Townhall!»
