For Monday Blues, I have a turquoise polish from Charlotte Russe to share with you.
I was surprised that this polish was matte. The formula was just okay. It was slightly runny and some of it got into my cuticles. Here I used two coats.

Of course, I had to add top coat and I loved it so much better. I used Glitter Daze Super Smooth Top Coat.

Turquoise is a really lovely polish. I just think it's way better with the top coat. It has a much smoother look.What do you guys think of this polish? Do you prefer the matte or shiny version?
