Los Angeles Family Friendly Moving Locations

By Lamamma @LAmamma1
If you’ve decided on moving your family to Southern California, then you want to make sure that you find an area that will be perfect for you and your children. Growing up in the City of Angels can be exciting, but there are certainly parts of the Southland that are better than others. So, to help you narrow it down, we’ve compiled a list of the most family-friendly places in SoCal. Then, once you’ve settled on an area, be sure to find moving companies in Hollywood that can make your transition as smooth as possible. Eagle Rock If you want an authentic Southern California living experience in a neighborhood that takes pride in itself, then Eagle Rock is a great place to be. Just North of Central LA, this area is close to everything and can make your commute much easier if you work in the LA basin. Best of all, Eagle Rock feels isolated from the hubbub, so you still feel like you’re in a small town. Pasadena For those that want to experience the old L.A. with a modern twist, then Pasadena is the place to be. It’s an upgrade from Eagle Rock in almost every condition, and it has a rich and vibrant culture that is distinct from the rest of the Southland. Also, it feels isolated and provides plenty of family-friendly opportunities. Torrance The South Bay is a rare jewel in Southern California that doesn’t get as much attention as the Central and West Side. However, if you’re looking for a quaint, homey feel and you want to stay in an affordable range, Torrance is the answer. Redondo Beach Living near the beach may be a bit expensive, but Redondo is practically paradise compared to Central L.A. It’s much nicer, less crowded, and feels like a whole other world. It used to be called the Hollywood Riviera in its heyday, and once you visit, you’ll understand why. Overall, Southern California has a lot to offer for families, and we haven’t even touched on the really ritzy town. Feel free to check out Beverly Hills movers if you want to be in the fancy neighborhood, but each of these cities is perfect for you and your kids.
