Lemon Vinaigrette

By Zoebakeforhappykids @bake4happykids

I can't deny that serving salad to most kids are pretty challenging. Quite often, I will get negative comments such as...
"Salad again!"
"Mum, why are we eating salad?"
"Can I don't eat this?"
"Mum, you like salad and I'm so kind that you can have more of mine"
etc etc etc...
Nice try, son! I'm sorry to say that you still have to eat your greens...
Despite all, my son will eventually finish up his salad with less whinging when I serve our salad with homemade salad dressings like simple balsamic vinaigrette, Japanese white miso dressing or Japanese style sesame salad dressing. Most recently, I have discovered another beautiful salad dressing and it is this easy lemon vinaigrette.
This easy recipe came from the book, Courtyard Kitchen by Natalie Boog...

So easy!
My son loves this dressing so much that he slurps the rest of it discreetly whenever he is the last person to finish his salad... Hmmm...
As this is part of my review of the book, Courtyard Kitchen by Natalie Boog, I'm sorry that I have agreed to the publisher that I can't publish the recipes in this book in this book review.
In any case if you like to make this vinaigrette, please read my post in details, you will see that you can actually make this dressing without a written recipe as I have fully illustrated the process very thoroughly. *wink*
If you like to know more about this book, I love to tell you more...
