Hey guys! I’m happy to say that I’m officially babysitting next weekend for an amazing family including two kids and a dog. I think it’s going to be so much fun. The kids like cooking and baking so I think we’re going to have some fun in the kitchen. And we’re going to be having a Justin Bieber Night complete with pizza, popcorn, candy and Never Say Never! I’m so excited.
I had to grab some quick lunch on the way back to the office from my “interview” and I just couldn’t resist the apples and jalapenos.

Can I just say apples and jalapenos! Who knew?! They are magical together.
