Birthday shopping…
Lucky for me, my birthday is at the end of August, so I get to take full advantage every year of the late summer warmth, day and night. This year I’ll be at the beach with my family during the day, and will enjoy cocktails with friends at a rooftop bar overlooking the ocean at sunset. Awful, really.
And while I may not be that excited about aging yet another year, I do get excited when I spot shots like these by photographer Ben Watts for Net-a-Porter. Don’t they make you want to live up the last days of summer, while we can?
