American Idol runner up, La’Porsha Renae revealed on social media that she chose her belief system after living a homosexual lifestyle for 2 years. It appears that the drama started after a male fan tweeted that he wouldn’t buy Renae’s debut album “Already All Ready” because she’s homophobic. The singer quickly responded, telling the fan that she has no problem with people who are homosexual.
She continued telling another fan that when it comes to sexuality, people have a choice with what they identify as.
“You’re wrong to think it’s not a choice for some,” the 23-year-old single mother wrote. “Because it was for me. #Truth.”
“I chose a belief system that felt TRUE to my spirit,” she added.
Renae then revealed that she made the decision to be a straight woman after “being homosexual for 2 years.”
