The formula glides onto the lips with a lightweight but still creamy feel thanks to the easy to use doe foot applicator and then dries down to a matte finish. The pigmentation on these is fabulous and one layer of product is all you really need to achieve a perfect pout.
Although matte, the liquid lipsticks feel light on the lips and not too heavy or drying like other matte lipsticks can tend to be. The texture is really lovely and easy to wear on the lips, even for an extended period of time and once dried to the matte finish, there is minimal transfer. I also didn’t experience any cracking of the lip color throughout the wear time which was fantastic and it didn’t need any major touch ups/reapplications as the day went by.
If you’re not a fan of a matte finish, you could also apply a clear gloss on top of these liquid lipsticks for a more hydrating, glossy finish!
