Knock Your Socks off Mashed Potatoes

Knock your socks off Mashed potatoesI am in this awesome group with a great set of girls. They have become my close friends. This theme though this month is From our Thanksgiving Table to Yours. All about Thanksgiving.  I wanted to make something not sweet for this month! So I created these amazing mashed potatoes. Seriously addicting, and I wanted to eat the whole bowl.

6 Potatoes Diced, cooked and mashed1 8oz block of Cream Cheese chopped1/3 C Milk3 T Butter2 Cups of Cheddar Shredded1 1/2 C Crumbled Bacon2 Cups of French Fried Onions1 C Diced Green onions1 T SaltSprinkle of Pepper
Boil your potatoes and mash them with butter, and milk. Add your cream cheese, butter and milk. Whip till combined and smooth. Add in 1 Cup of cheddar, 1 Cup of bacon, 1 cup of french fried onions, salt and pepper. Mix till combined. Take a glass dish and pour in your mashed potatoes. Smooth flat. Then sprinkle with leftover green onions, french fried onions, cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 till Cheese is melted and bubbly. Eat and Enjoy.....These are amazing. You'll thank me later promise.
