Kiko Water Eyeshadow Review

By Hollysbeautybox @hollysbeautybox
Hi everyone!
The weekend has come to a close and it's Monday already - *sob* - never mind! I have a beauty review for you - Woohoo!
Kiko Water Eyeshadow Review
This time, I'm reviewing the Kiko Water Eyeshadows.  I was sent three different shades and I thought you would all be interested in what I thought of them.
First of all the packaging. It's black, it's simple. it's chic and I really like it, there's nothing 'kiddy' about these but there's also nothing exciting about the packaging, that is until you open it and see the item. OH BOY!
I am not even exaggerating but these look SO good inside, the product itself looks like a wave of color. Love. LOVE!
I swatched all three shades and the picture is below;-
Kiko Water Eyeshadow Review
I loooove the rose gold kinda colour, it's just so me! I love neutrals and this has a good bit of shimmer so makes me feel all bronzey for the spring and summer which we will hopefully have good weather for (being in Scotland, it's unlikely! haha!)
The product is really highly pigmented, and I find them to be quite a creamy texture. These are designed to be used both as a dry shadow and also as a wet shadow, so naturally I put both methods to the test.  I tried the gold one as a dry product and it was pretty but then when I wet my brush, the product was like POW on my eyes! Seriously, makes a huge difference to use these wet if you're looking for a more dramatic look.
Kiko is quite an affordable brand, the prices are sort of on par with L'oreal or Bourjois but unfortunately, it's not so easy to get your hands on! I haven't seen any Kiko products in stores, just online - in fact if you guys know of anywhere I can get this on the high street let me know in the comments below, I'd really appreciate it!)
I would probably say these are my favorite eyeshadows of 2014 so far which is a HUGE thing for me to say because I am an eyeshadow addict and love comparing textures and colours etc.
Have you tried any Kiko cosmetics?
xxxxxxx
