Kerala style Mutton Curry
Lamb | Mutton  Curry Kerala style is a thick gravy where mutton is cooked in ground coconut and onion. The gravy is thick and rich with a blend of coconut oil. This goes well with Kerala Maata Ari (Brown Rice).

Ingredients:
Mutton- 1 kg
Coconut Oil- 200 ml
Chilly Powder- 5 tbsp
Coriander Powder- 8 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Onion- 5 nos
Coconut- 1 cup grated
Ginger garlic paste- 10 tbsp
Method:
Kerala Style Mutton Curry Take 100 ml oil and fry onions till golden brown.
Add shredded coconut and fry till the coconut turns golden brown.
Grind this to a smooth paste adding just 3 tbsp of water.
Kerala Style Mutton Curry  Grind ginger garlic to a smooth paste.
Kerala Style Mutton Curry Heat 100 ml oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
Add onion coconut paste.
Add chilly powder, salt and coriander powder.
Add cleaned mutton.
Pressure cook for 8 whistles in a pressure cooker.
Kerala Style Mutton Curry  Serve hot with Kerala Matta ari choru and Chilly Chicken.
