Kadai Paneer

By Harini
Here I am blogging about a very simple restaurant style gravy with paneer.Among various paneer recipes making this kadai paneer is a breeze. There may be various recipes to make this dish but the one I am blogging here is very easy with no grinding involved. Soft and succulent paneer cubes sauteed along with onion, carrots form a very delicious and creamy semi dry gravy. It makes a finger licking combination with butter naan, kulcha, jeera rice etc.
