Jolly Jewellery: Black and White

By Jollygoodstudio @JollyGoodStudio
It's getting darker earlier and there's a bit of a nip in the air. It looks very much like summer is on it's way out and autumn is creeping upon us. This change in temperature has meant a change in my wardrobe. The bright colours and patterns are getting pushed to the back and my old favorite combo of black and white is calling to me. Sometimes this pairing can look a bit drab but all that's required to lift it into simple elegant chic is to add some interesting accessories, like these:
Jolly Jewellery: Black and White
1. Lotus Flower Collar Brooches from Nylon Sky. I can't believe I don't own any collar clips yet, after harping on about them for so long. These little lotus ones really pop and would look great on a crisp white shirt.
2. Polymer Clay and Silver Stacking Rings by Maria Goti.  Love the use of clay on these rings, like having little balls of wool on your fingers.
3. Peter Pan Collar from Lavinia's Tea Party. I know it's not technically jewelry but I couldn't resist adding this contrast collar into the mix. The perfect addition to a cosy jumper.
4. African Fabric Necklace by Asanda Jewellery. I do enjoy a good piece of textile jewelry and this pattern perfect.
5. Hybrid Cameo Brooches from Sketch Inc. The monochrome pacaking really lets these brooches shine. I so wish I had antlers!
6. Illustrated Diamond Earrings by Yay Hooray. I do love a little illustrated diamond, as you can probably tell from my header. These white on black ones are simple but striking.
7. Zebra Necklace from Metamorph. Zebras are one of my favorite animals to see at the zoo, so I couldn't help adding this mini one to my Etsy favourites.
8. Houndstooth Statement Necklace by FABcessories. I adore this bold necklace. Such a great take on a very winter workwear pattern.
