Join a Tweetfest to Break Liberal Media’s Silence on Abortionist Trial !

By Eowyn @DrEowyn

The US media just love covering sensational stories — of blood, murder and mayhem.

But when it comes to the horrific and gruesome trial of Philadelphia abortion “doctor” Kermit Gosnell, who is charged with 8 murders, the mainstream media is nowhere to be found. In fact, the big three networks ABC, CBS and NBC haven’t covered the Gosnell trial EVEN ONCE on their evening network newscasts.

Gosnell

That’s despite former workers for Gosnell’s abortion clinic testifying on infant beheadings and severed baby feet, and that they saw babies “scream” after he snipped their spinal cords and “jump” following the jamming of medical scissors into their necks.

Former Gosnell employee Steven Massof  testified that he saw more than 100 babies born alive who had their necks snipped in what he said was “literally a beheading.” During busy times in the clinic, when the women seeking abortion were given drugs to induce contractions all at once, “it would rain fetuses, fetuses and blood all over the place.” Massof said, “I felt like a firemen in Hell. I couldn’t put out all the fires.”

But the media are still ignoring Gosnell trial.

The media’s deafening silence prompted Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) yesterday to make this observation on the floor of the U.S. House: “If Gosnell had shot seven infants with an AR-15, it would be national news.”

Gosnell Tweetfest

And so, to break the media blackout of the trial of this evil man, Pro-lifers have organized a “Tweetfest” today.

As Andy Moore, the director of AbortionWiki, one of the organizers of the “Tweetfest,” told LifeSiteNews.com in a telephone interview: “If this was puppies that Gosnell was killing, the media would be all over it.”

In addition to asking pro-lifers to send out Tweets about the trial using the hashtag #Gosnell, organizers of the event are also asking them to contact their local media outlets to ask them why they’re not covering the trial.
