IOPE Moisture Skin Cleansing Foam

By Beautifulbuns

Andddd I’m back! I touched down at 1am this morning and I’m back at work. Major auto-pilot zombie mode on, I tell you. I haven’t unpacked much of my goodies from my luggage – I did throw them somewhat haphazardly into a stack though. Plus, my motherload 12kg box is still on its way back from Korea via EMS hurhurhur. For a sneak peek of the stuff I bought, check out my Instagram :D

Since I’m totally stoning out today, let me do a simple review on this product that I was the happiest to see at home – my cleanser. I’m usually a grumpy monster at the end of the day until I wash all the half-melted makeup off my face, and after a 7-hour flight from Seoul, I am -that close- to sandpapering my face off. hurhurhur.

I say…

I changed to this after finishing my Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam.

  • Compared with that, this IOPE Moisture Skin Cleansing Foam isn’t as good (but this is inevitable, since it’s two different brand tiers). My Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing foam was super gentle on the skin and removed a lot of dirt without leaving my skin squeaky clean.
  • However, that said, this is also a decent cleanser for its price – I bought it a while back so I can’t really remember how much it cost. Should be around KRW20,000-30,000- a pretty affordable range.
  • It lathers up pretty quickly into a nice foam to help cleanse.
  • It comes with a fragrant scent that isn’t overpowering.
  • The cleanser is a nice smooth rich cream (sans any exfoliating beads whatsoever).
  • It doesn’t strip my skin of its natural moisture – no squeaky clean finish. It does leave my skin feeling slightlyyyy moisturised after cleansing with a slight bounce in my skin too
  • I also haven’t had any outbreaks from this cleanser, but it hasn’t resulted in any minimised pores nor bouncy boing boing skin either.

Overall, it’s a pretty decent cleanser – no Fountain of Youth, but neither is it the Kiss of Death

:D
