Introducing - Vital Touch Natalia.
Introducing - Vital Touch Natalia. I was recently introduced to the brand Vital Touch and their Natalia Skincare products which are for pregnant women and mums.
Their products are based on the work of Katie Whitehouse who has specialised in massaging pregnant woman for years and is full of knowledge when it comes to aromatherapy and reflexology.
Vital Touch have kindly sent me some of their products to try and I thought I would give them a little introduction before fully testing them out and reporting back.
The first thing that has really intrigued me is that they provide a lot of products that you wouldn't normally come across, they also do great gift sets perfect for new mums.
I have two of the gift boxes to try, the Labour & Birth box which I am very excited to try also the New Parent Survival Box.
The Natalia Labour & Birth Box* contains 3 products, the Labour Bath Ease which you can add to your bath during established labour, Labour Massage oil and a Labour Instant Energiser.
The box also contains a lovely soft flannel and a booklet to give you a step by step guide on pregnancy and labor massage. (This has been placed on the other halfs bedside table)
The products in this box have gone into my hospital bag, I am hopefully having a water birth and want to try and stay as relaxed as possible so I am excited to have these products on hand to help.
The New Parent Survival Box* has a New Mother Bath Soak, Baby Massage Oil, Baby Special Skin Balm and a New Parent Instant Revitaliser. (Which I think will be coming in very handy) Like the other box this contains a flannel and a booklet but this one is all about baby massage which I am very keen to learn about.
Lastly I have two other items that I am currently testing out now. The Prenatal Leg Refresher* which is fantastic for those days when you have been on your feet a little too long. This really does cool and soothe tired feet and legs a must have for us mums to be.
The other product is the Perineal Massage Oil* which is to be used 'down there' to help everything stretch. This is probably something I won't be going into too much detail about but I will let you know if it helps.
I think all these products sound fantastic and I have high hopes for them helping. I of course will be reporting back on them all to let you know what worked for me.
I also think the boxes are a brilliant gift if you are looking for something for a pregnant friend or family member. I am sure they will thank you for it.
To learn more about the products check out the Vital Touch Website. There is so many products to choose from.
Have you tried any of the Vital Touch Natalia range? I would love to hear your thoughts on labor massage and baby massage.
