I have written couple of blogs on Sunday brunches and hence I am sure, you have in your mind – What is special about this Sunday brunch? Well, the Sunday brunch at pavilion 75, WelcomHotel, Dwarka, is indeed special and it has its unique offering that you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
ITC is known for their expertise in Indian cuisine and are pioneers in it. At Dwarka hotel too, K&K is considered as one of the finest restaurant that serves great Indian cuisine. This review isn’t on K&K, but for their all day dining restaurant pavilion 75 where we were invited to try Sunday buffet. Ulte tawe ke Paranthe served with Tulse Paneer Makhana2. Nihari served with Taftaan3.Bhuna Murg served with Crisp Tandoori Rotis made with  Chakki pissa Atta4.Dal ka Keema served with Khuska5. Chef Akshay came up with an amazingly brilliant idea of using goat and preparing it in steak style. The use of goat from head to toe in different style and different kind of preparation gives it a unique taste and flavor. Each dish was unique on its own way and I clearly loved the taste – use of goat instead of lamb or beef – took these preparation a notch above all the dishes!  Innovation at It's Best( Goat-On-Grill) -  Sunday Brunch  - Pavillion 75, WelcomeHotel, DwarkaCooking goat in western style that gives you the unique taste of stake and each dish that gives you superb and unique taste and it gets difficult to decide the best! Yet, listing down my favourites that pushed me for second helpings - 17 hours spare ribs( names says it all), necklace osso buko(rosemary braised neck chops), spiced rubbed ribs ,grilled Jaipur chops, red wine braised lamb shanks.Innovation at It's Best( Goat-On-Grill) -  Sunday Brunch  - Pavillion 75, WelcomeHotel, DwarkaThe unique combination, brilliant innovation and perfection of taste and flavor – Need I say more – That is what the Sunday brunch at WelcomeHotel, Dwarka offers!
