Every so often a small town event comes along that is so full of win it stops little Indiana and family in their tracks–like the European Market in Chesterton, Indiana.
It doesn’t always have to do with the size of an event but in this case…it certainly helped! The European Market takes up ample space next to Thomas Centennial Park and even a side street. Vendors are neatly arranged along these paths. This it where it gets really fun!
From carnivorous plants to wood-carving to live music, handmade home decor, a multitude of ethnic baked goods and even a weaver, European Market is not something you can get through in ten minutes. There’s more to Chesterton, Indiana than the Wizard of Oz Festival. It’s a great place to visit anytime!
