I don’t think this is as much a “subculture” as it is a few isolated psychos inspired and encouraged by “sex trafficking” hysteria, and perhaps in some cases even created by it:

If the market is “definitely there”, why didn’t they find any victims?
Cops raping sex workers is so ubiquitous, non-cop rapists often pose as cops to facilitate the crime:

Naturally, this surprises stupid people despite the fact that women like me have been saying exactly the same thing forever.

And his attorneys said that he even gave her his business card, indicating that he wanted to continue having sex with her. They also said that because he did not bother cleaning up the DNA evidence from his uniform after they had sex – or try to hide the used condom later found at the scene – then it was obviously consensual. However, the woman denies receiving his business card and said she was afraid for her life…
