Bonge’s Tavern in tiny Perkinsville, Indiana is the kind of place you will visit once and remember forever, making every possible excuse to go back again and again and…you get the picture. It is amazing. It is fresh. Oh–and it serves more elegant fare that you don’t exactly expect in a small Indiana town as small as this one!

Our dinner at Bonge’s Tavern was so good we could hardly move…so we decided to share dessert. It’s research, ya know! So–we ordered and devoured the lovely and delicious Sugar Cream Cake with Blueberry Topping.

This Perkinsville, Indiana restaurant is where you will go for special occasions when you feel like splurging, for that night away from the kids, because it’s the weekend, because you just want really good food surrounded by friendly folks. This is little Indiana.
