And if you and the girls are fans of online bingo, you never know when one of you might hit the jackpot. If you do manage to win, then why not treat your buddies to something to remember and plan a stylish evening out? Here are some ideas for ladies night with a difference.

Meet a mixologist

Fancy becoming a master mixologist and showing off your cocktail making skills? Then why not book yourself and your buddies onto course where you’ll be taught how to make classics as well as look like a pro with a shaker.

Many bars can offer mixology sessions where you and your mates can try your hand at making your own cocktails so you can get your night out off with bang.

Get a limo

You and the girls certainly look the part in your new outfits and sky high shoes, so why not travel in style too? Rather than getting a taxi or braving public transport in teetering heels, employ the services of a private limo company and turn heads as your chauffeur drives you to your dinner or bar reservation. Celebrate your bingo win at the same time, while sipping on champagne and stretching out in the back of your luxury vehicle.

Wine tasting

Have a drink or two of posh plonk and learn about noses and legs – in the wine world – at the same time at a tasting event. Check local wineries, restaurants and bars to see what they have coming up and after, head to a restaurant and have fun remembering what you’ve learnt as you choose a bottle to go with your food.

A slap up meal

It’s not every day you win a jackpot on an online bingo game, so why not treat yourself and your best mates to a posh meal in that restaurant that you’ve always wanted to go to. A word of warning though – if you plan to go dancing after, it’s maybe not a good idea to overdo the food. Instead, try a restaurant with a tasting menu or perhaps a Spanish or Middle Eastern restaurant which offers smaller sharing plates.

Get musical

How about combining your girls’ night out with a concert? Check listings magazines for stars that are coming to your town and if there’s nobody you fancy, try your luck at an open mic night. It’s a great way to learn about the music offering in your local area and for those ladies who are tempted to show off their own abilities, what better time to do it than with the support of your ladies right there?

Sing your heart out

If you love singing cheesy classics but aren’t quite ready to unleash your talent on the world, perhaps a karaoke party in a private booth with only your girl mates present is a better idea than open mic.

Most cities have karaoke bars with rooms that can be hired on an hourly basis. Here you can work your way through the song menu safe in the knowledge that you’ll only be embarrassing yourself in front of friends – unless someone sneakily posts a video to Facebook, that is!
