I Love People Like This…

Having posted once today, I have just been pointed to a clip on YouTube and felt I had to share it with you…

The clip attached below is titled Police Brutality and purports to be an illustration of how Police officers will resort to violence when confronted by a posh bloke with a camera. Instead I believe that it actually illustrates that a little education and a posh accent make some believe that they are superior to those of us in uniform, and that they are therefore not obliged to afford the poor guy trying to do his job with any degree of respect.

And for the information of those who will undoubtedly ask…IDCOPPLAN is a mnemonic for the criteria for arrest under S.24 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. I have attached the details below which clearly show that the arrest of Mr Arrogant would have been completely lawful.

I – Investigation (to allow prompt and effective of the offence/conduct of the person)
D – Disappearance – prevent hindrance of prosecution by disappearance of suspect
C – Child (Protect child/vunerable other)
O – Obstruction of highway (prevent)
P – Physical injury (prevent)
P – Public decency (prevent commission of offense against)
L – Loss/damage to property (prevent)
A – Address (of suspect not known/doubted)
N – Name (of suspect not known/doubted)

Thoughts please!
