Interesting article on prisoners right to vote on the Jailhouse Lawyers Blog... here! It's an interesting subject, considering that the sheer number of prisoners could effectively sway an election, as well as the debate on what freedoms should be restricted while in prison. Human rights, however, are intended to be universal, meaning that no-one should be denied them. Of course, the other question is: do they even want to vote?
