Rebel MLRS attacking Ukie positions in Saur-Mogila. The Ukies recaptured this mountain, but they cannot reach the summit as it is constantly under artillery attack, as you can see in this video.
It is not the ferocious Grad, instead it is the Hurricane. Good Lord what a horrific weapon this is.
Range: ~20 miles.
Warhead: High explosive, possibly incendiary.
I do not know much about this Hurricane weapon, but it looks pretty terrifying.
